After almost 15 years of moving people all over the UK and Europe we knew that this had to happen one day!

Well now it has and this large stoneware Knight was moved with all the respect, honour and chivalry that his status demanded!

We have just completed a major update to our website.

We hope that our customers will find our updated website more convenient and easy to use.

Driver what..?? All professional LGV drivers must now attain their individual certificate of professional competence (CPC). This is awarded by the Driving Standards Agency once a driver has undergone periodic training to improve their knowledge and skills.

This professional qualification has to be renewed every 5 years, so it ensures all drivers get regular training.

It’s quite an adventure getting all our drivers together at the same time and place...and then another trying to restrain the ribbing and shaggy dog tales!

Our workshop at our Llanbedr site has to be transformed into something resembling a training room, ready for approved trainers to deliver the course modules and accredit the crews. So far, the lads have managed to stay awake...but maybe that's just in case they miss the lunch....!

Knightmovers became members of The Road Haulage Association last year.

This provides us with briefings of new and upcoming changes to driving legislation, and gives us access to the latest traffic and weather information.

Of course its also great for petrol heads!

Knightmovers are pleased to announce that we can now accept customers payments using their credit or debit cards.

We hope that the introduction of credit/debit card payments will make it easier for our customers to pay for their move or storage, as well as providing an extra level of security and reassurance. There is a no charge for using your cards.

In addition to these stringent requirements the organisation assists with professional training and support, information and advice to us and our customers. Then it provides a complaints and disputes resolution service, giving our customers extra peace of mind.

We hope that our membership of this body will ensure we maintain the extremely high standards we have set ourselves, and will continue to provide, for our ever expanding customer base.

Our new system of online quote forms will allow us to give customers a quick and accurate quote for their household removals.

We estimate that it should only take 10-20 minutes to fill in (for most households). We have even included a printable version so that you can walk around your property filling in the contents, then return to the online form, enter the contents there and wait for us to contact you with your quote.
