Knightmovers is proud to be a member of the British Association of Removers (BAR) has signed up to the BAR Code of Practice which applies to all furniture removal activities for UK consumers dealing with a UK based BAR member. The Code has been drawn up by the British Association of Removers in association with the Trading Standards Intitute (TSi) and has successfully achieved full TSi approval under its new Consumer Codes Approval Scheme. The Code sets out the standards that all BAR members must comply with in respect of customer service, fair trading, advertising and complaint handling. Compliance with the Code is mandatory upon all members of the Association. Its purpose is to maintain and, where necessary, raise standards of practice to ensure that our customers receive the most efficient and trouble-free move possible. You don’t need to pack your hanging clothes, as we bring wardrobe boxes with us, which our crew will fill on your moving day and empty them back into your wardrobes at your new property. We provide complimentary use of protective covers for your upholstery, mattresses and most white goods. We can even wrap up your piano.
