OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Llanbedr, Gwynedd LL45 2LP
Salary: Competitive Salary based on experience
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

We are a well-established removal company dedicated to providing top-quality moving services for both residential and commercial clients. We take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and efficient solutions to make our clients' moving experience seamless and stress-free.

 

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on new challenges. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day office operations while also having the opportunity to develop into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails from customers and suppliers.

  • Managing office paperwork, filing, and data entry.

  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and bookings for removals.

  • Assisting with customer inquiries, quotes, and booking confirmations.

  • Processing invoices, payments, and liaising with clients regarding any billing issues.

  • Maintaining and organizing office supplies and inventory.

  • Supporting the operations team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

  • Collaborating with the team to schedule and track vehicle movements.

  • Assisting with health and safety compliance and other regulatory documentation.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and take on additional responsibilities, with the potential to progress into an Office and Transport Manager role. In this management position, you will oversee both office operations and transport logistics, playing a key role in the company's expansion and success.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in an office environment.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Proficient in Sage 50.

  • A proactive approach with a strong attention to detail.

  • A flexible and adaptable attitude to meet the demands of a busy office.

 

Desirable:

  • Experience in the removals or logistics industry (preferred but not essential).

  • Knowledge of transport management or scheduling systems.
